The Founder:

Chaim Landau

Raised in the United States, Chaim Landau has since lived in Israel, London and Brussels. He has a Masters in International Relations from the London School of Economics. He worked previously as a Legacy Heritage Fellow at the European Union of Jewish Students in Brussels and is currently at Shatil. As someone who travels between many worlds and with friends from across the political spectrum, he is a firm believer in dialogue, empathy and critical thinking.

Talya Lev
Talya Lev has had the opportunity to experience growing up Jewish in many different communities around the world. At the age of 18, Talya made aliyah and attended Bar Ilan University, quickly becoming involved in political and social activism around the country. Over time, Talya began to affiliate with Orthodox Judaism and moved to Jerusalem, where she joined the religious lesbian organization Bat Kol. In addition to working freelance in web development and marketing, Talya hopes to use her skills to help advance the religious gay community, promoting religious tolerance in Israel and abroad.
